Returns

You may cancel your order, or part of your order, before delivery or request a return within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

All returns must be approved by Fire Suppression Solutions before products are shipped back.

Once your request is reviewed, Fire Suppression Solutions will provide return instructions. Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • Undischarged
  • In their original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Because Fire Suppression Solutions provides fire safety and suppression products, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, discharged, altered, damaged by the customer, improperly stored, or returned in a condition that makes them unsafe or unsuitable for resale.

If a product is returned without its original packaging, is incomplete, damaged, or not in resellable condition, the refund amount may be reduced or the return may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products and orders may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Opened, used, or discharged products
  • Bulk fluids
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Freight orders
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products not returned in resellable condition
  • Orders placed by purchase order, which may be subject to separate return terms

Return Shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you do not return the approved item within two weeks after your return request is accepted, Fire Suppression Solutions may arrange return collection when possible and deduct the carrier or collection cost from your refund.

If you refuse delivery of an order you no longer want, the cost of return shipment may be deducted from your refund.

For large, heavy, or freight items, please contact us before attempting to return the product so we can provide instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, Fire Suppression Solutions will process any approved refund within 14 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Original shipping charges may be refunded for approved returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error by Fire Suppression Solutions, such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

Fire Suppression Solutions does not charge a restocking fee for standard approved returns.

Exchanges

Fire Suppression Solutions may offer exchanges or replacements for approved returns, including items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. All exchanges must be approved before products are shipped back.

For standard product exchanges, items must be unused, unopened, undischarged, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error by Fire Suppression Solutions, such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

  • Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label, if applicable

Depending on the situation, Fire Suppression Solutions may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Product Warranties

Some products may be covered by product-specific or manufacturer warranty terms. Warranty coverage may vary by product and may require that the product is stored, handled, installed, and used according to the provided instructions.

Warranty coverage does not include damage or issues caused by:

  • Incorrect handling, storage, installation, or use
  • Product modification or repair by the customer or a third party
  • Damage after delivery
  • Failure to follow product instructions
  • Consequential damage related to misuse or improper storage
